Udhiyaa (Qurbani) Arrangement

Alhumdulillah, for your convenience, SBIA has made Udhiyaa (Qurbani) arrangements with Maiwand Market of Santa Clara. There are a limited number of goats available to sacrifice. Please contact Br. Mir of Maiwand Market at 408-985-0988 as soon as possible and let him know that you are with SBIA.

COST: Your cost is $200/goat, and payment is to be made directly to Maiwand Market, located at 2915 El Camino Real in Santa Clara. Note that if at least 50 customers from SBIA sign up, the cost will be reduced to $190/goat.

VENUE: Mayar's Halal Meat, Livingston. Please ask Br. Mir for details and a map to the site.

PROCESSING: You may slaughter the goat with your own hand or delegate it to Br. Mir. Skinning and processing services are included in the price, and there are no additional costs. The meat will be available the next day for pickup at Maiwand Market.

DEADLINE TO REGISTER AND PAY: Friday, November 4th

Insha-Allah we will have many community members take advantage of this opportunity to follow the Sunnah and perform Qurbani.
