Muslim Unity Day 2009

Muslim Unity Day 2009 will be held on Saturday, August 8, 2009 at Great America Park in Santa Clara, CA InshaAllah. Alhamdulillah , MUD 2005, 2006,2007 and 2008 were very successful. Over 15000 Muslims from all over California have attended this one of a kind, special event in the past four years. Now, join us again for our 5th Annual MUD on August 8, 2009 at Great America Park in Santa Clara, CA. Just like the previous years, halal food will be sold through out the day, vendors will be selling merchandize such as islamic art, clothing, jewelery, etc. and we will present the evening entertainment program.

About South Bay Islamic Association

sbia The South Bay Islamic Association (SBIA) is one of the oldest Islamic Organizations in The Bay Area. Its headquarters are located in San Jose, CA. SBIA has been providing various services to the community since 1977 including the five daily prayers at two locations (San Jose Downtown, and Harris Way) and Friday prayers at both locations. SBIA has been active in spreading Islam through various Dawah programs and by hosting a number of activities including Weekend Islamic School, Quranic classes for children, Tafseer (English translation and Exegesis) classes for adults, conferences and community get-togethers.
