The MCC East Bay is looking for an interest free loan (Qard Hasanah) of $5K or above for 1 or 2 years. The plan is to raise $500K insha Allah. This will be returned as soon as they have the money from the sale of the land which is under contract to sell and all the money will be obtained within 2 or 3 years. They will issue a notarized promissory note against the loan amount which is backed by the assets they have.
